Shipping policy

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS AN ORDER?

Please allow 1-3 business days for your orders to be processed for shipping. We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. Keep in mind, we are a small team of humans and human things happen and although we strive to be, we aren’t perfect, therefore, we appreciate your patience. If we will be traveling longer than the processing time or some other unforeseen event arises, and are unable to fulfill your order within the timeline stated above, we will send out an email informing you of the delay.

WHAT ABOUT SHIPPING?

We ship our merchandise domestically only. Shipping typically takes 7-10 business days domestically, and on average 14 days, depending on holidays and or weather conditions that are out of our control. Shipping times vary and depend on your location and the timeliness of the carrier (please visit www.usps.com and/or www.ups.com for current shipping times).

Once your order is processed, we will email you a shipping confirmation which includes a tracking number for your convenience. If you believe your shipment has experienced a delay which exceeds the normal processing and shipment time, please email us at sales@blvdchromb.com.

Shipping charges are determined by a website calculator provided by USPS and UPS and includes a small handling fee.

Made-to-order products are produced when order is received and fulfilled by hand. Made-to-order production times can add 2-5 days prior to shipping and will arrive separately from other products ordered on this website if requested by customer.

If your package is lost in transit by the USPS we will file a claim with the USPS and send you a new order, but first, reasonable time will have to be given to allow for any items to arrive at your address before we can file a claim as packages do at times take longer in transit than planned for.

If we receive a confirmation from USPS that your package was delivered but buyer claims it never arrived, technically it’s the buyer’s responsibility since we have no control over what happens after delivery. But we’ve learned the majority of our customers are reasonable and they respect that our business runs on tight margins so we will try and a find a way to make things good again – especially if you’ve filed a claim with your local Post Office, and or local Law Enforcement.
